FIT TO SELL, BIKE FIT DRIVEN SALES
Fit and proper sizing is becoming the forefront of bicycle sales process. A fit driven sales process helps build customer satisfaction. Knowledge based sales approach empowers the client to have a better understanding of his ride and confidence in the bike shop. This course is specifically designed to help retail sales staffs ask the right questions, conduct basic sizing protocol and use the information to analyse a store’s bikes line-up. CUSTOM BIKE FIT PROTOCOL AND DRAFTING
Custom bicycles are becoming more and more popular in the recent years. Each custom bike is a big investment and requires the best minds in bike fit with a good understanding of custom geometry, frame materials and frame drafting. This course is specially designed for Advanced Bike Fitters enabling them to approach a custom bike fit in a systematic, repeatable and objective way by combining fit data with bicycle design and drafting.
This course will help to cement the store’s reputation as the go-to place for top level bike fits with a speciality in custom work by fitters passionate in cycling and with an in-depth knowledge of bike-rider interface.
