ENDY’S ROAD FIT

Shape matters when it comes to saddle suitability and we use 3D motion capture data to back up positional changes in response to saddle comfort and suitability. Rider is put on two similarly short nose saddles to test both in the studio and some sessions on the road. Results and feedback gathered reveal that the Pro Stealth works much better for him. It allows the rider to sit more forward naturally and comfortably.

3rd photo showed how far the ride needs to sit to be comfortable and the 4th is him on the Stealth looking much more stable. Biomechanical data capture also showed an improvement in knee position and a reduction in shoulder extension.

Having said that, it is imperative to get the wider positional requirements right before narrowing down to the specifics. It is a journey that requires science, road experience and patience.
