The brand’s frames consist of carbon fibre tubing combined with 3D-printed titanium lugs. This allows them to overcome the limitations of conventional lugs to make frames that offer a broader range of geometries, while the titanium’s internal damping qualities reduce the road buzz typically associated with full carbon frames. No. 22 is a forward-thinking, feature rich titanium frames tempered by a legacy of experience. All frames are made entirely in-house in our Johnstown, NY production facility. Their small team of craftsmen have over 50 years of titanium framebuilding experience between them, which comes through in every frame they build.
3 SIMPLE STEPS TO YOUR DREAM BIKE
1. SECURE A BUILD SLOT
Depending on your choice of builder and frame, lead times can be as short as 12 weeks or up to 8 months. We require a 50% deposit to secure a build slot so that the queue starts from payment. This gives us time to arrange for the fit and consultation and getting the design right while waiting for the spot to be ready.
2. CUSTOM FIT & CONSULTATION
We will schedule a custom bike fit and consultation to ensure that you get the fit you need with the handling you demand with the aesthetics you want. It may take more than one session and we will have you on both the Retul Muve as well as on your current bike if possible.
3. BUILD, CHECK & RIDE!
Your new bike has arrived! Our pro mechanics will assemble and fine tune everything ready for you. A follow up fit will be arranged to dial in any final details. At this final stage, the remaining 50% payment is due, and all that’s left to do is ride and enjoy your new pride and joy!
